in Adopted Shibas

Tonka is a courtesy list for a rescue in Ft Lauderdale-Pets In Distress. This Shiba was found in Miami where he had been loose for a few months. Tonka is now learning how to be the indoor dog he used to be. He is doing very well and a super sweet pup. He is good with other dogs and doesn’t even pay any attention to cats. It is unknown how he is with children. Tonka has all his vaccines and is neutered. He weighs 31 lbs but is probably 5 lbs underweight. Tonka is taking antibioitics for a couple of tick borne illnesses but should be fine after his regimine of the medication. Please contact SIRF for the contact information for Pets In Distress.

Is he mixed?

He came originally from Petland and is supposed to be purebred. Probably just a bad breeding like most puppy mills pups.
