ADOPTED-Kona-8 yr old Female Cream Shiba Inu

by Kathy Crandell on December 15, 2018

in Adopted Shibas

Kona after a couple of years in her adopted home is now in search of a forever home once again. Her current owner has had to travel way too much and she would love a home where her people can spend more time with her. She is 8 yrs old, spayed, up to date on all he vaccines! Kona weighs 28lbs. She is good with cats and loves the dog park but is not good with other dogs while on a leash or in her home. Kona also loves being on a boat and has her sea legs! She has no medical issues as long as she is not given any grains or chicken! Kona is house trained and is a perfectly behaved princess in the house while no one is home! She hasn’t been around young children but dog savvy children older than 10 she would be fine with. Kona is located in St Petersburg Florida! Please email us if you are interested in adopting. info@shibainurescueflorida.org

We are interested in Kona. Is she still available? We recently lost our 12 year old Shiba due to an illness and want to add another one to our family. They are such a special breed. We live in Marietta GA. Please let us know if she is available and what are your adoption procedures. Thanks

So she wouldn’t be good with a boy shib?

Kathy Crandell December 28, 2018 at 2:18 PM

If there are no other takers, I am interested. I do have an 8 year old male neutered Dalmation/Australian Cattle Dog mix but he has interacted with my son’s male Ibu Shinu wonderfully. That is why I am looking. I fell in love with my son’s dog and I can’t steal him and I cannot afford the initial cost. I have a fenced yard. I work one mile from where I work and come home every day at lunch to let my dog out. She would have a good home with me. Thank you for considering my request.

Thank you for your offer however she cannot go to a home with another dog!
