Adopted- Lil Lilou- 11yr old Red Shiba Inu –

ADOPTED!! Lil Lilou is currently under our foster care and her health is vastly improving.
We have a unique situation as we have been contacted by an owner in Mississippi who is in need of our help asap. She is becoming homeless and doesn’t want to send her Shiba to a shelter. Lil Lilou is 11 years old and has some skin issues which I am sure the skin issues can be minimized with proper food and a bit of vetting. Remember the rescue pays for all her vetting and supplies so there is no expense to you as a foster or foster to adopt home. I am inclucing pictures the owner has sent. I have asked if these are current pics,. I have a sneaky suspicion that her allergies are pretty bad right now. Do not let that scare you. The Shibas with the worst skin issues have always been the best personality as it is like they are asking for help and then so grateful once they are feeling better. Lil Lilou is a small Shiba at 18lbs. She does have some anxiety but does get along with other dogs once she settles in. Lil Lilou doesn’t even acknowledge the cats! We are told that older children are fine, younger children make her nervous but has never had any issues with them. LiL Lilou is located in Coastal Mississippi.
