Yoshi is a captivating 2-year-old, 25-pound male Shiba Inu from Ave Maria. He’s in search of an active owner who loves to have fun. While he isn’t crate trained, he is fully house trained and behaves well on a leash. Yoshi appears to favor female dogs over males, but his current owner suggests he might thrive best as the sole pet. His compatibility with cats remains untested, and he shows affection towards children who respect his space. Due to his current owner’s travel-intensive job, Yoshi is in need of a new home.

I just lost my Akita ao I am very familar with that type of dog. Your guy sounds like a really good fit for what I am looking for. All my children are gone and I do have one 11 year old yorkie. He is very submissive and gets along with any dogs that he has ever been exposed to.
I live on an 75 acre form with 5 horses . He would be housed in my home with my Yorkie.
Please let me know if you wish any more personal information.

In one of the photos Yoshi is seen with a white Shiba in the background . I have a 1 1/2 yr old female Shiba . She gets along very well with other dogs . I live in Fort Myers .

Hi Denise… I emailed you yesterday.. Please check your spam if you do not see the email!
I don’t see the email in spam either . Please resend . My apologies for you having to do double work .
I just emailed you!
Thanks for the info about Yoshi . He is beautiful. I am afraid I will have to pass tho . We often dog sit our adult children’s dogs and they dog sit ours when we go on vacations. 2 of them are males . I’m afraid it wouldn’t work . It would also add stress to Yoshi . I hope he finds a great home .

We lost our Cody in Feb this year to a brain tumor. He was 14. When we rescued him, we were told he was a Shiba Inu but he wasn’t. He was some sort of Spitz breed or mix though. He was the best animal we have ever had. It is now time for us to give back some love that Cody gave us, and adopt again. We would be interested in meeting Yoshi to see if we are a good fit for one another. We are very familiar with the breed and traits because Cody was very energetic and his personality was just bigger than life. If this is a good fit for us all, then we would love to give him a home. I have filled out the application. Thank you.

Just inquiring if Yoshi is still looking for a forever home. My family had 2 small dogs that passed away 4 and 8 years ago. Recently we lost our dear kitty so we are currently without pets. My cousin’s shiba won our hearts and my husband and I have wanted one for a long time. We have 2 sons (4 and 8) who are huge animal lovers and very sweet. Please let me know if we are eligible. Thank you!
