Akee is a beautiful 4-year-old female Red Shiba Inu located in **Ft. Lauderdale** and weighing in at a perfect 25 lbs. This sweet girl is both **house trained** and **crate trained**, making her a great candidate for a smooth transition into her new home.
Before her adoption is finalized, Akee will be **spayed and brought fully up to date on her vaccines**, so her future family can focus on bonding and settling in together.
Akee has **never been around cats or children**, so a home without them would be best. She does get **very excited when she sees other dogs**, so she’ll need a patient adopter who understands that proper introductions and time are key. A calm, non-reactive canine companion would give her the best chance to succeed if placed in a multi-dog home.
