Adopted- Akira 4 year old cream Shiba Inu

Akira is a 4 yr old female Shiba looking for a Shiba experienced home with no other dogs or young children. Surrendered to a shelter because she was resource guarding and had tried to bite when being petted on the head while eating. Akira has been at our foster for 2 weeks and so far has had no issues with any resource guarding or aggressive behaviors. Akira is 25lbs and spayed. She is also totally vaccinated and has been heartworm tested. Akira is in a home where there is no other animals or children. One of the couple is works from home and they have a back yard. All behavior observations will be shown to the foster to adopt home beforehand so they can see for themselves the behavior that was concerning in the past. No aggression has been found by either the shelter or by our foster. Akira is located in Palm Bay.
