Adopted-Sake 2yr old Male Red Shiba Inu

ADOPTED:Sake came to us via the streets of Miami where he was picked up by a good samaritan! After no luck finding the owner Sake has been with a foster who feels he needs a house and a back yard. Saki, estmated at 2 yrs old is house trained, leash trained and up to date on all his vaccines, heartworm negative as well as neutered. He came to us with a bum back leg where he most times does not use it. He has been to the Ortho vet and he either had a deformity from birth or was hit by a car that twisted his leg. Surgery to repair this does not have a good success rate and the vet feels it does bother him the way he is. He is a happy Shiba that loves everyone and everything. He is good with kids of any age, dogs of any size and is a friend to cats and kittens alike! Sake weighs in at 29lbs which is another reason a small apartments is not good for him. He also will bark more that most Shibas if he doesn’t get what he wants. Sake probably learned that from his time on the street as a stray. He would not be good in a home where everyone is working away from home 8 hours a day. Located in Plantation(outside of Ft Lauderdale) Sake is available to a foster to adopt home.
