Katsumi, a delightful one-year-old female weighing 17 lbs, was found as a stray and taken to a shelter. After efforts to locate an owner failed, the shelter reached out to us for rescue support. Under the nurturing care of a SIRF foster in Wesley Chapel, she has thrived, receiving plenty of TLC. Katsumi is now spayed and up-to-date with all her veterinary care. She is house trained and is learning good leash manners. She enjoys the company of other calmer dogs and children who are mindful of her boundaries. Her compatibility with cats remains unknown. Her vibrant energy makes her a perfect fit for a companion with a similar zest for life.
