Adopted-Buddy-7yrs old-Red Male Shiba Inu

in Adopted Shibas

Adpopted-Buddy is 7 yrs old and looking for that perfect home to call his own. He is up to date on all his vaccines and on heartworm and flea prevention. Buddy would do best in a home where someone is home most all the time whether it be one person or a couple or an extended family as he has some separation anxiety. He will not be adopted out to anyone with children as he does have some food and toy aggressions. Also for the same reason he will not be adopted out to anyone with other dogs. He is good around cats. Buddy is about 35lbs and house trained as well as neutered. He would do best in a Shiba experienced home. We know this is a tall order but we are sure there is someone out there that can make Buddy a part of their family. Please email us at apply@shibainurescueflorida.org for more information or an application. Buddy is located in Tampa.

We have had 3 shibu inus in our home. We rescued 2 from Tri-county animal rescue in Georgia. We lost our last little angel in February. We really miss having a dog around the house especially one with so much personalilty. We have only had girls but are interested. Our concern is the age. Since we were told our rescues were 1 to 3 years old and they turned out to be 6 to 10. We had Honey for 5 years and Echo for 8. Our first Nittany we had for 14 years. We bought her from a breeder. Any information you can share about adopting Buddy would be great. Thank You.
