ADOPTED – Meet Kai a 1 1/2 year old male Shiba Inu. Kai is looking for a new home with adults only because although the owners have worked with him he is still food aggressive around kids. Kai is house trained crate trained and mostly leash trained(like a typical Shiba they like to dictate how fast and where they want to go) He does get along with submissive dogs and lives with a chihuahua. His owners say he is NOT good with cats. Totally up to date on his vaccines and preventions Kai is basically ready to go to his new home! He is also neutered and weighs about 18lbs. Kai is located in Orlando area and will be available on a foster to adopt contract while he settles into his new home. Hello my name is Alberto an active duty navy service member. I am returning from my last deployment soon and am looking for a dog to adopt! I’ve always wanted a Shiba, and thought it would be better to adopt than to shop and buy a puppy when there is one out there in need of a home! I am interested in learning more about Kai. Me and my boyfriend lost both our Shibas this year. We had to put our 16 year old down in April and our 13 year old down in July due to Cancer. We love the bread and understand their needs. Please reach out to me with more information.
